Dr. Ingrid Recnik, D.C., B.Sc.
Doctor of Chiropractic
For 10 years now, Dr. Recnik has been practicing in Canada and the United States. Her interest in health started back in her undergraduate studies when she was taking classes on physiology. One day on the way to college she got into a car accident. When she mentioned this to one of her friends, she was recommended to get checked by a chiropractor. Dr.Recnik remembered thinking that she felt fine, why should she go? Regardless, she went anyways. That was the day that changed her life forever. She had no idea how chiropractic was so important to the overall function and well being of her body. She didn't realize that she was having interference and that it was even affecting her sleep!
Chiropractic improved her overall body function. She discovered that this was the missing key and when she incorporated a healthy lifestyle including eating well, moving well and thinking well her health, vitality and well-being skyrocketed. This is what she empowers her patients with, so they too can enjoy a better quality of life. She has learned that health is by choice and not by chance.
She is passionate about educating others on how to make great lifestyle choices and how to live the chiropractic wellness lifestyle. Dr. Recnik is excited to share what she knows, so that she can help you make great health choices so you can enjoy your life to the fullest too.
